Thomas Institute of Well-Being announces Somerset County expansion
December 12, 2011 - Today the Thomas Institute of Well-Being and its affiliates announced an upcoming expansion of programs to Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
Beginning in early 2012, Somerset children and families will have access to Family 911, the Thomas Foster Care Agency, Meet the Parents, the Footsteps Program for Pregnant Teens, and Pregnancy 911.
