January 12, 2012 - In 2012, the Mike Thomas Family will produce a 4-night outdoor summer family movie series in Franklin, PA.  These movies are the official launch of Franklin's newest entertainment series - First Friday Family Movie Nights.

The movies (yet to be named) will be shown at dusk on the following dates:

June 1

July 6 (part of Franklin's Fourth of July Festival)

August 3 (part of Franklin's Taste of Franklin Festival)

September 7

The movies will be shown on a large outdoor screen at Franklin's bandstand park (next to the Court House).  Admission is free, and audiences are encouraged to bring their own seating.  Popcorn ($1), drinks ($0.50), and assorted snacks will be available for purchase.

The Thomas Family and Franklin Fine Arts Council plan to announce the movie titles by April 2012.
