Our Facility

The Thomas Organization worldwide headquarters is located in downtown Oil City, Pennsylvania. Our office building, Seneca Centre, is one of the cities most visited destinations, with tenants including a beauty salon, a tanning salon and several government and medical offices. The Thomas Organization occupies the entire top floor of the building. 

Since acquiring the building in 2008, we are happy to announce that Seneca Centre has become the city's most green commercial property. The building features modern green technologies including sophisticated environmental controls, very highly efficient lighting systems and a low-output waste management system. As we continue to develop Seneca Centre, we are committed to implementing as much green technology possible in order to demonstrate the many advantages of retrofitting a 30+ year property with modern amenities.
